Top 500 Zipcodes

Bergen County Affluent Zip Codes

As New Jersey residents, we have a lot to be proud of. New Jersey is The Garden State, known for both its sprawling country estates that cover historic battlegrounds and bustling metros housing monumental casinos. Much of New Jersey, due to proximity, is considered part of the New York metropolitan area, making the short drive to the city amenable. New Jersey is also the proud home to many sports teams and civic leaders that have helped our small state gain national recognition.

But lately there is another reason that New Jersey is in the news.  Our counties are not only beautiful, with schools ranking in the top in the country, but they are also among the wealthiest in the country.  A recent study released by Forbes magazine analyzed real estate data from across the US to compile the top 500 zip codes.  Altos Research, out of California, put together this list based on median asking price of homes throughout the nation. And of the top 500 wealthiest zip codes in the country, New Jersey is home to 24 of them.

Anat Eisenberg ranks as the top selling agent in Bergen County and works throughout the county, particularly within four of the named areas mentioned in the recent article. The Eisenberg team has been the trusted leader in the real estate business in the New Jersey and Bergen County for many years.
