The KCC is to leave its 10 year home in Englewood to its newly designated location on the corner of Columbus and Grove Street in Tenafly.  The new site will boast 40,000 square feet which is approximately twice as big as its Englewood location.

The center anticipates crews will finish work at the 40,000-square-foot building at the end of 2014. The project will  costs approximately $4.5 million.

The Tenafly Planning Board approved plans for the non-profit to construct a three-story building on the east side of Grove Street near the Columbus Drive intersection on March 27. Plans call for demolishing the current building on the site allowing for the most number of parking spaces, said Youngmin Woo, an architect from AIA Architect, during the March 27 meeting.
