Tenafly Affordable Housing

Affordable housing units are available in Tenafly in two projects.

The Plaza located on Piermont road where of the 145 units that were built 17 were allocated for affordable housing. The 17 units include 6 one bedroom units, 9 two-bedroom units  and 2 three bedroom units.  of the 17 units 6 were sold and 11 are still available.

The Crossings at At Tenafly located along Mahan, Grove and West Railroad  comprises of 44 townhouses which include 9 units allocated for affordable housing. The 9 units allocated for affordable housing include 2 one bedroom units, 5 two-bedroom units and 3 three-bedroom units. As of the writing of this post of the total of 9 affordable units, 5 have been sold and four have been rented.
